Return & Exchange Policy

At Haye Rabba, every order is carefully packed and checked before dispatch. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us on WhatsApp before sending the parcel back.

Open Box Video Requirement

Returns or exchange requests will be considered only if a proper open box video is provided at the time of unpacking.

The video must clearly show:

  • A 360-degree view of the parcel before opening
  • The shipping label and packaging condition
  • The full unpacking process in one continuous recording
  • The item received and the issue clearly visible

Requests without a valid open box video may not be accepted.

Return Approval

If your return or exchange request is approved, you will need to send the parcel back to us through courier.

After dispatching the return parcel, please share:

  • Courier booking details
  • Tracking number
  • Your order details

The returned item must be sent back in the same condition in which it was received, with original packaging, tags, and accessories. The item must be unused, undamaged, and free from any signs of wear.

Exchange or Credit Note

Once the returned parcel is delivered to us, our team will inspect the item.

If the return is accepted, we will offer either:

  • An exchange
  • A credit note for future purchase

If a credit note is issued, the customer will also receive an additional 10% off on the next purchase.

Important Conditions

We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.

Products that are used, damaged after delivery, missing original packaging, or returned without approval may not be accepted.
